MESSAGE / FROM OUR CHAIRMAN

Welcome to Everest H.R. Gateway

Namaste. Thank you for visiting our website. We are a recruitment agency licensed by the Department of Foreign Employment, Government of Nepal, and what we do is simple to say: we help people from Nepal build a career in Japan.

Going abroad to work is one of the biggest decisions a family makes. It is not only about a job. It is a language you have not spoken, rules you have not lived under, and distance from the people you love. That is why we do not think of our work as sending people away. We prepare them — Japanese study before departure, an honest explanation of the visa you are applying for, and paperwork done properly the first time.

We are not only in Nepal. We have offices in Japan as well, in Shiga and in Chiba. That matters. When something happens after you arrive — at work, at the city office, at the hospital — you should be able to reach someone who understands both your language and the situation in front of you.

If Japan is on your mind, please come and talk to us. Ask us anything, including the questions you think are too small to ask. We would much rather answer them now than have you find out later.

VISA PROGRAMS / HOW YOU CAN GO

Which visa can you go to Japan on?

There are two programs we prepare candidates for. Which one fits you depends on your field, your Japanese level and when you want to go — we will talk it through with you.

Specified Skilled Worker (SSW)

For people who are ready to work. You can work in fields such as nursing care, agriculture, food service, construction and manufacturing. You need to pass a Japanese language test and a skills test for your field.

Since July 2025, candidates going from Nepal need demand letter attestation, and going through an accredited institution has become the practical standard. We handle this for you.

Employment for Skill Development

A new program that replaces Technical Intern Training. It is designed for people who will learn a skill while working, and it is scheduled to start in April 2027.

Technical Intern Training is being abolished. If you were planning to go on that program, talk to us — we will explain what changes for you.
